Dear John: It has come to our attention that FP Contracting has submitted a bid to you for work at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Nigel. FP Contracting has completed, or is in the process of completing, no less than fourteen projects, large and small, for The Patina Group. The most recent project completed is Tortilla Jo's Restaurant at Downtown Disney, a seventeen thousand square foot, bonded, tenant improvement with extensive exterior hardscape and building modifications.
